Microsoft's Imagine Cup competition is won by teams out to change the worldTeam Note-Taker from Arizona State University won the Software Design category for the 2011 U.S. Imagine Cup while Team BearPaw from Brigham Young won the Imagine Cup People’s Choice Award.  Meanwhile Team Bloom  from Tribeca Flashpoint Academy won the top prize in the Game Design Windows/Xbox category and the People’s Choice Award for Game Design.  Team Big Impact Bear won the competition for Game Design-Mobile.

HP challenges Windows with WebOSHewlett Packard (HP) has decided to include WebOS on all of its computers beginning in 2012.  Although the company is expected to include Windows on those same computers, it is unclear exactly how the company intends to do it.  Will the company include WebOS as a Windows overlay or as part of a duel boot system is not known.
