Windows Vista cannot be crashed intentionally

By Jonathan Schlaffer

Vista cannot be crashed intentionally The interweb is a great place to find all kinds of information, including reports that it is easy for any user to crash Windows Vista simply by holding down the Windows key + E for 10 to 20 seconds.  The keyboard shortcut Windows key + E opens Explorer windows but when held down causes Vista to go insane but it does not crash.

Why in the world anyone would hold down any key for 10 to 20 seconds is beyond my comprehension much less a key combo but there it is.  Early reports said doing this in Vista would eventually cause it to crash, I suppose it would if opening all those Explorer Windows rapidly used up all the system memory, I suppose, in that case it might possibly crash.

Tests conducted by The Inquirer show that Vista will not crash by using this method.  It will become unresponsive for a period of time but once all the Explorer windows are open, it will resume normal operation in which case you can either terminate Explorer with the task manager and subsequently restart it or close all the open windows manually.

Most people I know wouldn’t be patient enough to wait for it to start responding normally, I wasn’t so I just restarted the system.  There we have it, Vista cannot be crashed by holding Windows Key + E though it becomes slow and unresponsive does not crash but that only matters if you are patient enough to deal with it.

Now, a sure fire way to crash Vista is to force an unsigned incorrect driver on it, that is sure to bring it down faster than a planned building implosion.

It doesn’t matter if anyone would do it or not (or even if it’s true or not), the purpose is to pass the idiotic and ignorant idea that Windows is the only OS that crashes and Microsoft and Vista suck.

“Now, a sure fire way to crash Vista is to force an unsigned incorrect driver on it, that is sure to bring it down faster than a planned building implosion.”

Why in the world anyone would force an unsigned incorrect driver on Vista is beyond my comprehension much less do it on purpose to crash an OS but there it is.

      P. S.: Another “sure fire way to crash Vista” is to force MyDoom virus on it, I gues that proved Vista sucks is it?

      P. S. 2: Curiously enough, forcing an unsigned incorrect driver is also a sure fire way of crashing Macs and Linux.
