Certified for Windows Vista Software Demo VideoThe Windows Vista team has released a demo video about Certified for Windows Vista Software to show how easy and seamless it is to install a Certified for Windows Vista software application.

While it is true that Microsoft’s Certified for Windows Vista program reduces the customers’ compatibility concern on using Vista by letting them identify the devices and software that were Certified for Windows Vista, the company felt the need to show to its customers how easy it is to install Certified for Windows Vista software.

According to Microsoft, the “Certified for Windows Vista” logo is a compatibility designation for devices and applications that have passed a rigorous testing program on computer running Vista.

Ben Reed, Microsoft’s Manager in the Windows Vista team said “In this video I talk about Certified for Windows Vista software from a security, reliability, performance and compatibility perspective. The video shows how easy and seamless it is to install a Certified for Windows Vista software application. To demonstrate that, I have chosen CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X3 to be installed on an HP Pavilion dv9000z.”
